Prior to hiring an intern or conduct training to a student, we understand how Student/intern(s) will ht within the company’s goals and culture. Since industries vary in age, size, industry, and product so will internship activities.

Whether a Graduate or non-graduate learner, we want to develop skills. The best wav to know what skills an intern is hoping to gain is by knowledge transfer.
We realize that classes must remain a top priori+v for interns if they are a current student. The internship position should enhance their learning experience.We also understand that for most interns this is a new experience, thev may need support in balancing their collage work and internship. Agreeing on a set number of hours interns will wark each week with flex-time for freedom to plan their schedules on a weekly basis are other ways to support balance.
Required hours/credit may vary by the Interns but mostly complete 7-20 hours per week. The student intern should meet with an academic or internship advisor for further direction.
Dhyanahitha’ s top priority is setting a Mentor for the Student/Intern(s) who will familiarize them with the organization, provide assignments and serve as a “contact” person for questions, as our the Mentors are experts in the type of work the intern(s) will be performing and provide appropriate guidance for the Student/intern’s assignments.
Our Mentor’s responsibilities will include:
In addition to the mentor, a supervisor will daily assist with transition into this new learning environment. This is done by answering general questions related to personal and professional growth, and sharing career knowledge leading to networking in the field.
